We maintain a 12-day feedback window to close edits efficiently, keep projects moving, and ensure consistent progress without delays or backlogs.
We may pause revisions until clear, consolidated feedback is shared to avoid unnecessary revisions and to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Absolutely. The Conscious Circle (TCC) maintains strict confidentiality over all client data, footage, and materials shared during the course of a project. Access is limited to authorized team members solely for the purpose of project execution. All files are handled using secure, industry-standard platforms. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, TCC cannot be liable for breaches, loss, or disruptions caused by third-party tools or platforms beyond our control. Client materials will not be shared, distributed, or used outside the agreed scope without prior consent, except for portfolio usage where explicitly permitted.
Your satisfaction is important to us. We include two rounds of revisions within the initial scope to ensure alignment and refine the final output. If you’re still not satisfied after the included revisions, additional changes can be requested and will be accommodated as new scope to ensure we address your concerns.
